Just trying to whip my fat ass into shape. Thought I’d try some intervals today. Now I’m knackered, but maybe just a tad more healthy. :)
I just went running and was 1/2 a mile in and realized I had forgotten to start my watch. So no heart rate and distance data for that section. Devastating for a gadget and data junkie like myself. I had to enter it manually. Feels like cheating. Oh, well. If that’s the biggest fail of the day, it must have been a pretty good day. :)
I got no idea how this place works. Just bangin’ around with it right now. The question is will I get bored with it before I figure it out. My bet’s on yes. Only time will tell.
This pic kind of sums up how I’ve been feeling lately. Prickly and dead. Really negative and just tired of everything. I blame the weather, but it may just be me being an asshole. I think I’ll try ranting here sometimes. I’m hoping if I see myself bitching, I’ll stop it. I really hate people that act like me, so I’m going to have to change something.
